First question of our FAQ: How to choose the right size of clothing?

Please always refer to the size chart available on each product sheet.

Second Question FAQ: How to wash my new clothes?

We invite you to discover our specially written page for this occasion: Tips for washing your printed clothes. However we advise you to always do a preliminary wash before wearing them.

Third Question FAQ: What is the delivery time of my package?

Depending on the time of validation of your order, our different printing partners and the duration of shipping in the World, we advise you to wait between 10 and 15 days.

After confirming the order, it may take up to 72 hours to prepare the print. But it is also possible that the package is already being shipped after 48 hours. Regarding transportation, delivery times by mail may vary:

However, if you have not received your package within 15 days after order, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can verify what is wrong.

Question 4: What payment methods are accepted at Tee Art Design Strore?

We have two payment options on this website:

1) Payment by credit card with Visa and MasterCard.
2) Paypal.

You are free to choose between these two processes as you see fit. The one that suits you best. Payment is at the time of order.

5) Is my payment secure?

Obviously, any payment here is secure. All data and forms are encrypted via an SSL certificate.
